All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 days after delivery of the product. All purchase on sale are final sale. Merchandise retuned will be eligible for a credit towards your next purchase. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• Original tags must be attached
• Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• Within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
• Must not be a special order or a custom order.
If an item is received damaged please contact Customer Support immediately at (the number given in the page) Items that are defective and shipped from us, or items that you did not order but received from us, will qualify for store credit or cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive it.
Shipping charges for returns/ exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise, or product received was not ordered by you.
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
